These general terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales on the wearyt.com website and the Natural Blue Dreams Sàrl company, owner and operator of the wearyt.com website.

Purchase

General principle

Any purchase of an item on the wearyt.com website implies the buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

The general terms and conditions of sale are available on the wearyt.com website and on order confirmation. The buyer can thus consult the general terms and conditions of sale before clicking on the checkbox entitled I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and accept them unreservedly.

Confirmation and conclusion of contract

All successfully completed purchases are subject to a confirmation message to the purchaser and an order confirmation e-mail.

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the time of order confirmation by the seller, which occurs after validation of the order and receipt of the sales price. In all cases, the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, i.e. upon confirmation of the order by the seller. The latter may withhold delivery until payment has been received. Exceptionally, the seller may, without waiving these terms and conditions, authorize deferred payment.

By placing an order, the buyer declares that he/she has full civil rights.

Buyer’s obligations

The buyer undertakes to provide valid contact details when placing the order and to pay the requested price.

There are no restrictions on where you can live to order a product offered for sale on the wearyt.com website, and we deliver free of charge to all countries.

Our products are printed on demand, the same day you place your order. We therefore do not accept returns, except in the case of defects or damage. In such a case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

The seller remains free to delete or modify the products offered, at its sole discretion and at any time.

Price

Prices in this catalog are guaranteed net, including VAT, in Swiss francs. they include free delivery.

Discount coupons are not cumulative.

Once the order has been validated, its price cannot be modified.

Product shipment and delivery times

The product is printed the same day and dispatched within 36 hours. The average delivery time will be specified when you place your order, but is usually between 5 and 9 days, depending on your location.

We do our best to meet delivery deadlines. However, the delivery date is not binding. Cancellation of orders or delays due to postal service, weekends/holidays or any other cause do not entitle the customer to any compensation or penalty for late delivery.

Any misdirected or unclaimed parcels returned to us and for which we have to resend the goods a 2nd time will be invoiced.

Customs duties

Printing and shipping are done from the EU zone, so there are no customs charges for Europe. For Swiss customers, we advise you to place separate orders for a maximum amount of 60CHF, to avoid any customs clearance fees. All orders also benefit from free delivery.

When the purchaser orders products to be delivered to a country outside the EU zone, the purchaser is considered to be the authorized importer and must therefore comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country in which he will receive the goods.

The buyer may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival of the goods in his country. All additional customs clearance costs are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges, nor do we know their amount. As customs policies vary from country to country, buyers should contact their local customs office for further information.

Return of goods

If your product contains a defect or fault, you can contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.

Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel, date as postmark. You are responsible for return postage costs. In the case of a defective product, we will reprint it, and the shipping costs for your new order will be free of charge.

As your satisfaction is our priority, you can always contact us first.

Payment

We accept credit card payments(Visa / Master Card) as well as Twint and Postfinance payments, via our payment service provider Proxypay and its online payment solution. The entire payment process between the buyer and Proxypay is fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with electronic banking. Wearyt has no knowledge of credit card numbers or banking information. The order will be validated upon acceptance of payment by the customer’s bank.

You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details and instructions when you confirm your order. Please indicate your order number clearly when making your payment, to facilitate processing. You must make your payment within 4 days.

Warranty

The condition of the goods delivered must be checked within 7 working days of receipt to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered, so that we can remedy them.

Data protection

We guarantee compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards for the collection, processing and use of personal data.

The data collected during the order process will be used for internal purposes only. The customer accepts this use of his data with the order process. In addition, he or she always has the right to request information about the data stored, and can prohibit their use for internal marketing purposes.

To exercise these rights, the user should contact the customer service department at info@wearyt.com, providing proof of identity in the form of a copy of a form of identification.

Modification of the general sales conditions

The seller may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of the order is authoritative in the contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis.

The applicable law is Swiss law and any dispute will be dealt with by the district court of eastern Vaud located in Vevey.
